“The Gods of Olympus Have Abandoned Me”

There is a lot that is still broken in Asbury. Broken concrete that jets out over the beach and ghosts of houses that were once serious beachfront property. I saw this concrete and I couldn’t help my instantly think of God of War. The only thing I didn’t realize when I scrambled up here that the concrete was not exactly sturdy so when I tried to walk to the very edge the whole piece tilted forward and I almost toppled.

I liked the way it looked though, like you’re standing on the edge of the world.

Kratos: [opening lines] The Gods of Olympus have abandoned me, now there is no hope..
